Botox & Dysport
Botox & Dysport are two of the most popular neuromodulaters used to block nerve signals that make muscles contract. This temporary paralysis helps soften fine lines and wrinkles while also preserving collagen and elastin over time. The goal with most cosmetic injections are to prevent static lines from appearing when the face is at rest. Additionally, these neuromodulators can help reduce sweat production, shrink muscle tone and reduce tension headaches.

FAQs
How often do I need to treat?
Most patients treat 3-4 times per year or about every 3-4 months.
What is a lip flip?
A lip flip entails a few quick injections to relax the border of the lips and allow more of your natural lip to show. This is an excellent choice if youd like to see what lip filler may look like and it is also a great tool to give you a little something extra in between your lip filler appointment. This treatment generally lasts 2 months.
What if my results are not symmetric?
These treatments can be tweaked very easily and generally a quick 15 min follow-up can get you the result you want. Every face is different and every treatment is customized to each individual, so touch ups are encouraged especially if you are new to this type of treatment.
Will I bruise?
Generally the answer is no, but it is always a possibility. Treating 1-2 weeks before a big event is ideal just in case a small bruise does appear.
What happens if I don’t like the result?
The worst case scenario is that you let it wear off for 3-4 months and you go right back to your original baseline. This is an excellent introduction to aesthetics as the results are not permanent and we are not altering your anatomy in any way. The temporary paralysis of your muscles return to full movement if you should choose to stop treatment.
